ASAM Academy on Migration organized an online program titled “Migration Terminology Training” on 24–25 November 2020. The program was held to explain key terminology in order to enhance the knowledge and skills of experts working in the field of migration.
The training, planned in two sessions, covered topics such as migration and key legal terminology, main migration and sociology theories, and vulnerable groups.
The program offered an important capacity-building opportunity for participants interested in migration, human rights, academia, and civil society. Presentations were delivered by academics and field experts from METU, Ankara University, and UNFPA.
