The first Introduction to Migration Training, organized by ASAM Academy on Migration, was held on 21–22 February 2023. Attended by academics and experts working in the field of migration, the training addressed in detail various issues, including the history of migration, key concepts and theories of migration, the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, Turkish judicial decisions on international protection and deportation, statelessness, and working with children and vulnerable groups.
